Playlist
1- ratatat - loud pipes
Just a great vibe on this one. Also check out the Ratatat Mixtapes, which are just fantastic and fun, albeit too damn fcc-unfriendly to play here.
2- common - a song for assata
For the activist in all of us. Educate yo'self!

3- smokey robinson & the miracles - tracks of my tears (live)
Smokey makes me melt, especially in this version. If only I could silence those screaming fans...
4- phoenix - rally
Some good pop music from my favorite Frenchies.
5- outkast ft. sleepy brown & scar - morris brown
Can't believe I haven't seen Idlewild yet.
6- chin up chin up - get me off this f*&!ing island
I love this Chicago band, with the best song titles ever. This one is from the album entitled "we should have never lived like we were skyscrapers".
7- white shoes & the couples company - nothing to fear
They're Indonesian and they play lovely indie pop music. I'm smitten.
